Quantum Payments and Solutions Limited (QPSL), is a payment service solutions and software development company with the focus of its business to provision digital financial payment services to individuals, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Corporate organizations across Africa starting with Nigeria, through the application of digital banking technology under the guidelines for payment services and solutions regulations of the respective countries’ regulatory authorities. The company has its head quarter in Lagos, Nigeria.

Our Technical partner is Quantum Payment Inc., It is a new generation payment technology development company based in Ontario, Canada. It is being led by well accomplished payment technology development professionals who have been at the forefront of payment technology development over the past 17 years.

Quantum Payments Inc development team of Mr. Brian Semkiw and Mr. Rui Mendes founded and run Carta Solutions Holding Co, the industry’s first second- generation payments processor, Carta Worldwide, which they ran from 2007 till it was acquired by MOGO in 2018. They led Carta with numerous break-through achievements in the payments processing marketplace with such clients as: MasterCard, Visa, VodaPay, TransferWise, Sodexo, Nets, PayPal and Applepay.

Carta was the first company in the world to process an ApplePay transaction, and the first to enable cryptocurrency to be accepted at a MasterCard point of sale device. Along with Mr. Brian Baker, they founded Third Generation Payments (3rdGP), the world's first third-generation payment processing company with emphasis on Blockchain and IOT payments processing solutions. 3rdGP technology, ISSACQ, is the world’s first processing platform that integrates both issuing and acquiring processing.

The Quantum Payments Inc. team have been in the forefront of provision of cybersecurity for leading organisations and companies, especially, in the fintech industry worldwide. Their works with the Singaporean government has led to the city state becoming one of the most technically advanced cities in the world. Having built world-class payment structures, Quantum Payments Inc., has helped to secure these structures with the best cybersecurity technology available. They have provided cybersecurity for the diverse organisations including central banks, payment services companies and card services companies.

The Quantum Payments Inc. technology will provide the backbone and the platform on which the QPSL services will run. This will enable QPSL to quickly launch and scale with a limited budget that will enable us to aggressively enter the market and gain sizable market share.
